Nowadays, we all are the way to concern about our skin than it was before. But taking care of our skin in summer can be a little tricky. Constant sun exposure, heat, humidity can make our skin dull, dark and pigmented.

So! In today’s blog, I am going to review such products that can be your skin’s best friend this summer. The products are DEYGA ALOE VERA GEL AND SUNSCREEN SUMMER COMBO.

So! I am going to share full details of these two products also, in the end, I’m going to share some of my favourite’s hacks with them. Now let’s see these products are worth buying or not.

 

• ABOUT THE BRAND (DEYGA):

‘Deyga’ originates from the Tamil word Deygam which means body. As the name suggested Deyga is a famous Indian for making all-natural and organic skincare products in an affordable range. The best thing about this brand is they are handcrafted, made with all-natural ingredients and cruelty-free products.

•  PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

DEYGA ALOVERA GEL AND SUNSCREEN is a handcrafted natural product. The aloe vera gel has no colour and artificial fragrance this and it can be used for many different beauty purposes. Deyga sunscreen has SPF 30 and gives protection from harmful UVA AND UVB rays. As its main ingredients, it contains all-natural oil extract which makes it perfect for moisturising the skin for extremely dry skin people.

• PACKAGING OF DEYGA ALOE VERA GEL AND SUNSCREEN:

Deyga Aloe vera gel and sunscreen comes in sturdy plastic packaging with a black lid. The packaging is very well made. Both the product has almost the same packaging except the cover. The aloe vera gel is covered with green paper and the sunscreen with yellow paper. Packaging is not very luxurious or pretty to look at, but you can easily reuse the container once you finish the product. Also, the packaging not very travelled friendly, because according to me it is too bulky to carry with, but you can put the product in another small container to travel with it. Also, on the label, you will see the ingredient list, manufacture and expiry date also the direction of using it.

Deyga aloe vera gel: 6 months from the manufacture date.

Deyga Sunscreen: 6 months from the manufacture date.

• PRICE AND QUANTITY:

Deyga aloe vera gel: 100 ML of product retails for RS: 390/-

Deyga Sunscreen: 100 ML of product retails for RS 600/-

•  INGREDIENTS:

Deyga aloe vera gel:

Aloe Barbadensis (Clod pressed), Aloe vera extract, aloe hydrosol.

Deyga sunscreen:

Raspberry seed oil, carrot seed oil, natural zinc oxide, almond oil, shea butter beeswax, vitamin E oil, Sunflower oil, olive oil.

 

• DIRECTION OF USING Deyga aloe vera gel:

Evenly spread aloe vera gel over the skin and leave it overnight. In case of daytime usage apply and wash off in 30 minutes.

 

• DIRECTION OF USING Deyga sunscreen:

Apply the sunscreen evenly on the face neck and sun-exposed area of skin. Use it 15-30 minutes prior to sun exposure.

• CONSISTENCY:

Deyga aloe vera gel has a perfect gel-like consistency that is not at all sticky, absorbs into the skin quite well. The consistency of aloe vera gel is perfect for everyday use and best for all skin type.

Deyga sunscreen is made of lots of natural oil so the sunscreen is a little oiler side, and leaves a slight white cast on your skin as well, you have to massage it very well in order to get absorb it in your skin. I will not recommend this sunscreen if you have extremely oily, or combination or acne-prone skin. You can use it on your body as sun protection, it will work equally great.

NOTE: Before using any of them directly on your skin, do a patch test on your neck or elbow.

 

• TINT AND FRAGRANCE:

Deyga aloe vera gel is a fragrance less aloe vera has it has no artificial colour or fragrance in it. Deyga sunscreen is a yellow thick cream and has a weird oily smell that can bother your sensitive nose. Also, it slightly gives a white cast on the skin you have to massage it very well in order to get rid of it.

• MY EXPERIENCE WITH DEYGA ALOE VERA GEL AND DEYGA SUNSCREEN:

I have combination and acne-prone skin. It’s been 15 days; I have started using these combo products. It is a summer combo product and it supposed to be used together. First of all, let’s talk about the aloe vera gel. There are many aloe vera gels in the market that claims to be natural but this aloe gel is indeed a natural one as it has no artificial colour and fragrance in it., that’s the thing I like the most about this aloe vera gel. Also, it can be used in many different ways for your hair and skin, you can even make many DIYS with it too.

• HACKS:

1.      Use Deyga aloe vera gel as a night sleeping mask every day for radiant and youthful skin in the next morning.

2.      Mix it with few drops of vitamin E oil and use it as an under eye cream every day.

3.      Mix this aloe gel with few drops of coconut oil and curd and use it as a nourishing hair pack.

4.      Mix it with few drops of tea tree oil, besan and use it as an anti-acne face mask.

Now let’s move on to the Deyga sunscreen and my personal experience with this. So, since this sunscreen is a mixture of all-natural oil so it is an extremely thick and oily sunscreen. Since I have combination and acne-prone skin, I use it sometimes with the aloe gel but I think this sunscreen is best for extremely dry and dehydrated skin. And this sunscreen also leaves white cast behind and extremely thick to get absorb ed into the skin. Also, it has a weird kind of oily smell which I don’t like that much.

HACKS:

1.      You can use the Deyga sunscreen as body moisture it will nourish your skin also give sun protection in this summer.

PROS:

• 1.      Deyga Aloe vera and sunscreen is natural, pure, cruelty-free and Pure Indian hand-crafted product.
• 2.       Deyga aloe vera gel is a multipurpose product, it can be used in many different uses which is a great thing.
• 3.      Aloe gel is colour and fragrance-free and gives a cooling effect on the skin.
• 4.      The Sunscreen has a slight tint like BB OR CC CREAM so if you use it you don’t have to use any foundation.
• 5.      The sunscreen gives SPF 30 and UVA and UVB protection which is a great thing.

CONS:

• 1.      The price of the sunscreen according to its performance.

2.       The sunscreen is too oily.

3.      The smell of the sunscreen is not very pleasant.

• RATINGS AND RECOMMENDATION:

I will give Deyga aloe vera gel and sunscreen summer combo 4 out of 5. You can totally go for the aloe vera gel if you are looking for something natural and purpose, also you can use it in 100 of different ways but I will not recommend the sunscreen to oily skin, combination skin and acne prone skin people.

Overall, The Deyga Aloe vera gel and sunscreen summer combo are worth trying, give this try if you are a natural Indian brand lover like me.
